Achieve the dream of homeownership

Owning a home is an exciting adventure! Homeownership represents financial freedom, independence, and security. Now, many people cannot afford to buy a home because houses are getting more and more expensive and there are just not enough to go around.  Many low- and moderate-income people are left out of opportunities to stabilize their finances, build wealth, and get out of cycles of increasing rents by owning their homes.

The Homeownership Center provides support for first time home buyers unable to afford a market rate home, but have a good financial profile and steady income. We provide affordable homes and down payment assistance to qualified clients. Our programs and services are designed to support first time homebuyers who earn 80% or less of the Area Median Income.
