COUNSELING
All Classes and Counseling are provided free of charge.
Our HCT one-on-one case management includes a Tri-Merge credit report providing you with your current FICO credit score. We know that buying a home is a complicated process and if your credit report reveals issues that need to be resolved we will be there to guide and support you.
We teach the required Washington State Finance Commission's “First Time Homebuyers Class” which covers important topics that you will face as you consider purchasing your first home.
We also teach the 3 hour @HOME Supplemental Counseling Class.
