CORPORATE INFORMATION
The Homeownership Center of Tacoma is a private non-profit corporation registered in the State of Washington and certified by the IRS as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation.
MISSION STATEMENT: Revitalize Tacoma’s targeted neighborhoods by expanding homeownership through constructing new homes, renovating existing homes, and assisting modest-income, first-time buyers to qualify for first and second mortgage loans.
HCT is staffed by a small but dedicated team of professionals with over 45 years of combined experience in affordable housing.
